Work again
Dear all!
Haha, I'm so used to saying "dear all". Anyways, work's been frustrating. Immediate superior's nice & fair, but sometimes the big boss's direction is the only "opinion" that matters - which frustrates us, the subordinates. Usually it's a sorta one-way kinda thing. It's only us understanding the management goals; and not superiors trying to get our point of view. A few issues here and there. Mainly cos I'm such an obedient worker (haha).. I should start defending myself and speaking up. But I feel that it won't make a difference even if I voiced out my thoughts! It'll let my superior know how I feel about it, at most.
Hmm.. I really should start believing that management level staffs are not only busy achieving their own agenda @ objectives right? =\
